August 14, 2025 − Senator Nick Miller issues the following statement in response to Mack Defense’s New Contract:
“For generations, Mack Defense has established itself as a trusted and reliable provider for our national defense. This awarded contract will allow production of up to 450 trucks for the U.S. Army at the Mack Experience Center, boosting the local economy by providing family sustaining jobs in the City of Allentown.
Mack has a longstanding commitment to supporting the military, consistently providing trucks that deliver exceptional performance in the most challenging environments. This marks a significant milestone for our region as we establish ourselves as a leader in this industry. The $221.8 million contract will allow Mack Defense to deliver vehicles that fulfill critical functionalities upon which our nation’s military can depend and utilize globally.”
