Join me for a walk and talk on Saturday, February 17 at 9 a.m. at Trexler Park in Allentown in honor of American Heart Month. The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week. Let’s walk, talk and help keep our hearts healthy.
