Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program

My office is partnering with the Northampton County Area Agency on Aging to help you apply for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program at various times throughout the month of July. Eligible seniors may receive vouchers for fresh produce.
Join us to confirm your eligibility and submit your application on:
- July 8th from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hanover Township (Northampton County) Community Center
OR - July 21st from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Northampton Borough Recreation Center
- July 21st from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bath Borough Municipal Building
